Play Hidden Objects online
A scene full of things, a list of what to find, and a clock that keeps running. A hundred hand-drawn objects lie scattered, overlapping and hiding behind one another. A hint helps, but it costs you time.

Where Hidden Objects comes from
Hidden object games go back to the search books of the 1980s – I Spy by Walter Wick and Where's Wally by Martin Handford. As a computer genre they took off from 2005 with Mystery Case Files and became the leading casual game category; for years hidden object games topped the PC download charts. The appeal is that you search by shape, not by colour.
How it works
Goal
Find everything on the list to the right before the time runs out. Clear the list and the next round starts – busier, with a longer list.
Searching
Click the object you are looking for. A find scores points and adds a few seconds.
Misses
Clicking empty space costs time, so clicking wildly gets you nowhere – look properly instead.
Help
The "Show" button briefly flashes one of the wanted objects. It costs time and points, but helps when your eyes have gone blind to it.
Points
Every find counts, and more with each round. Time left becomes a bonus.
Three tips for better results
- 1Search by shape, not by colour – colours repeat, outlines rarely do.
- 2Sweep the scene in strips instead of letting your eyes jump around.
- 3What you cannot find is usually half hidden at the edge of something larger.
